 H.J.R. 127 Nonviolent felony offenders; VSCC to determine best use of resources for helping those released.

Study; Crime Commission; determining best use of resources for helping released nonviolent offenders; report. Directs the Virginia State Crime Commission to study the creation of a rating mechanism to determine which nonviolent felony offenders would be best served by receiving aid in obtaining employment post-release.
