Starting in Lebanon and ending in Richmond, the Thousand Kites Team and several community leaders and advocates travelled the state of Virginia. The group spent two days at each site conducting a media-training workshop the first night and a community meeting the second night. 

The tour organized itself around building legislation to give prisoners in Virginia earned second chances. Using Flip Cameras to tell stories and community leaders to generate dialogue, the group produced several powerful stories and a base for continuing the legislative battle.
