We are focused on responsible justice that is no longer merely ‘tough on crime’ but also ‘smart on crime’ at the same time.

We must protect the moral fiber of this country.  However, simply handing out harsher prison sentences is proving to be more damaging to families and our communities than we ever imagined.  Therefore, it has become essential that a ‘Smart on Crime’ restorative policy be the center of discussion across the country.  We must focus on curing the cancer that inflicts this nation, because it is obvious that the attempt to simply remove more and more parts of the whole will only insure that the body cannot survive for long.
